Job description

Our client is a fast-growing insurance company who is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the Customer Service team to provide effective and efficient service
  • Review and mitigate customer complaints to improve the extent of customer centricity
  • Coach and develop the team's knowledge and skillset
  • Control the performance of external vendors to meet agreed service levels and KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and manage the end-to-end process of system enhancement
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify problems, propose resolutions, and execute improvement plans for customer service

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • 5+ years of experience in customer engagement, customer experience, or customer services roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English are a plus
  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Knowledge of Life/ Health insurance industry is a preferred
