Responsibilities
- Manage the Customer Service team to provide effective and efficient service
- Review and mitigate customer complaints to improve the extent of customer centricity
- Coach and develop the team's knowledge and skillset
- Control the performance of external vendors to meet agreed service levels and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and manage the end-to-end process of system enhancement
- Monitor and analyze data to identify problems, propose resolutions, and execute improvement plans for customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder
- 5+ years of experience in customer engagement, customer experience, or customer services roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English are a plus
- Experience managing and leading a team
- Knowledge of Life/ Health insurance industry is a preferred
