- Focus on Culture Transformation, Organization Transformation, Total Reward Program Changes, Employee Value Proposition, Future of Work Transformation, and M&A
- Design, present, and implement change management strategies with a human capital focus
- Utilize modern digital solutions to enhance client experiences
- Provide project leadership, ensuring successful delivery and financial management
- Utilize data and insights to identify business opportunities and convert leads into sales
Qualifications
- 10+ years of business experience in strategy implementation and business development
- Proven track record in delivering transformational change in complex organizations
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior management effectively
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with an executive presence
- Track record of building client relationships, leading teams, and generating revenue
- Fluency in English and Chinese preferred
