Finance Product Manager, Crypto

Company Overview.

• We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Integration and product manager to join my crypto client. As the finance system product manager, you will be responsible for partnering with various business lines to develop a standardized integration process for different crypto products, ensuring efficient and successful product launches. Additionally, you will collaborate with the finance team to automate finance operations and implement system optimizations to minimize manual intervention. Data analysis will also be a key aspect of your role as you prepare management reports.

 
 
Job Scope.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with different business lines to design and implement a standardized integration process for various crypto products, streamlining the product launch workflow.
• Collaborate with the finance team to automate finance operations and optimize existing systems to reduce manual intervention, ensuring smooth financial processes.
• Conduct detailed data analysis, gathering and analyzing relevant data to prepare comprehensive management reports.
• Develop and maintain documentation of integration processes, finance operation flows, and data analysis methodologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to crypto products, integration processes, finance automation, and data analysis.
• Identify areas for improvement in integration processes, finance operations, and data analysis, and propose innovative solutions and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation of integration projects.

Requirements. 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business, or Computer Science.
• Proven experience in building standardized integration processes for crypto products.
• Strong understanding of finance operations and experience in implementing process automation.
• Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to gather, analyze, and present data effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
• Knowledge of the crypto industry, including blockchain technology and digital assets, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with relevant tools and software for integration, finance automation, and data analysis.
