- As a leader to lead the bancassurance team in bank environment.
- To implement the insurance strategy to insurer partners and achieve business growth.
- To work close with management and business leaders to collaborate and maximize business opportunities.
- To monitor business data and statistic for business performance evaluation and planning.
- Degree holder in business-related disciplines
- At least 10 years of experience in insurance, banking sector or bancassurance.
- Solid experience in driving online channel and digital channel is highly preferred.
- Solid experience gained in insurance, channel distribution, project management, performance management, strategy planning.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, Cantonese.
