Job Nature:
- As an MPF membership specialist; you have the opportunity to reach warm customers for their MPF solution integration, including MPF, pension, and TVC products enrolment.
- To support the marketing campaign for calling program.
- To support in event, service booth, or station in assigned organization for membership service.
- 3-8 years or above experience in the retail banking, call center, or insurance industry.
- Service-oriented; good at phone call handling and customer enquiries answering.
- Open to background with MPF, funds product knowledge.
- Great communication skills in Cantonese, and English.
- With a background in MPF, pension, funds related product knowledge is highly preferred.
- have IIQE 1,2,3 or HKSI 1,7,8 or MPF license are preferred
