Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with the bank's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate favourable terms and conditions.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality or service levels.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis, savings achieved, and risk assessment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end procurement processes and delivering cost savings.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
- Proficient in Chinese and English
