Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end delivery of initiatives ensure assigned projects are delivered with agreed timeline, scopes, quality and budget.
- Design, coordinate and execute Project Management Plan (including scopes, timeline, resources, costs, risk and issues, interdependencies, assumptions etc.)
- Act as an internal consultant between business units and technical teams for project delivery
- Collaborate with business users, functional stakeholders and IT team to drive user testing exercise
- Manage multiple projects at the same time in different scale and complexity
- University degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in Project Management in insurance industry
- Strong in stakeholder management with good influencing skills
- Attentive to details, excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
