Company Overview
 
My client is a fast-growing insurance company in Hong Kong. To cope with their business development need, they are hiring a Project Management caliber to support their Operations Transformation. Interested parties with relevant experience in project management/ business analysis within insurance are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end to end delivery of initiatives ensure assigned projects are delivered with agreed timeline, scopes, quality and budget.
  • Design, coordinate and execute Project Management Plan (including scopes, timeline, resources, costs, risk and issues, interdependencies, assumptions etc.)
  • Act as an internal consultant between business units and technical teams for project delivery
  • Collaborate with business users, functional stakeholders and IT team to drive user testing exercise
  • Manage multiple projects at the same time in different scale and complexity
 Requirements
  • ­University degree or equivalent ­
  • At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in Project Management in insurance industry ­
  • Strong in stakeholder management with good influencing skills ­
  • Attentive to details, excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills ­
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
