Roles & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for business acquisition by account servicing and proactive client visits to generate new business.
- To identify business leads from business leads and job board
- Work closely with team leader and recruitment team to develop prospecting, negotiation and related recruitment sales techniques to completed the whole recruitment journey.
- Act as the point of contact and manage recruitment inquiries
- To perform as a junior team member to execute the recruitment process
- To apply deep search from database and online job board to identify shortlisted profiles matching with employer's hiring preference.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in any field
- 2 - 3 years working experience in sales / account management / business development or other related fields preferred, but not a must!
- Ability to communicate in English & Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Strong communicator and interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
- Highly self-motivated with strong sense of ownership
- Experience or knowledge in Fintech / Payment / E-commerce / insurance / financial sector would be a plus
- Experience or knowledge in mass mailing, CRM management, sales or marketing skills are preferred.
- Sales driven and eager to achieve more is highly preferred.

- Basic salary + ATTRACTIVE UNCAPPED SALES COMMISSION + business meeting reimbursement = HIGH GROSS SALARY
