My client is a well-known luxury brand. To cope with their business strategy, they are looking for a Retail Performance Manager. Your primary responsibility would be to oversee and enhance the overall performance of the retail operations.
You will be responsible for maximizing sales, improving operational efficiency, enhancing the customer experience, and driving overall performance within the retail operations.

- Collect and analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. Utilizing data to develop sales strategies and set performance targets.
- Monitor individual store performance against targets and providing regular feedback and coaching to store managers and sales staff. Identifying underperforming stores and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with departments to design and implement training programs to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Work with the visual merchandising team to ensure that products are displayed in an appealing manner that promotes sales.
- Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure appropriate stock levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory. Implementing strategies to increase inventory turnover.
- Monitor actual performance against budget and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Produce regular reports and presenting performance metrics, sales analysis, and recommendations to senior management
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in retail management, commercial, marketing, sales, or other related experience
- Candidates from luxury retail background has an added advantage
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Strong analytical and excel skills
