As part of strategic growth, they are seeking for the Scrum Master.
In this role, you will be part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team. You will advise and lead the team on Scrum and Agile Framework values in different scales, principles to ensure that the team is fully functional, productive, and focused on the Program Increment Objectives.
Also responsible for identifying risks, dependencies, and impediments, leading the team and business in finding a solution, coordinating with other teams and functional partners, and actively escalating when needed to ensure resolution.

Job Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with product owners, architect, scrum master and other stakeholders to define the product roadmap, prioritize backlogs, plan the Sprints, and drive the development and delivery following the best practices
- Does forecasting of deliverables possible in an iteration based on evidence and reliable source.
- Lead agile squad to perform the daily ritual
- Highlight any roadblocks to project manager or clear it as and when possible
- Work closely with business users and technical team from user stories till the actual implementation
- Ensure proper tracking of all documentation such as User Stories and design work framework.
- End-to-end responsibility for each sprint with sprint planning and retrospective review, and agreed amongst the squad members on the Definition of Done (requirements, concepts, preparation and execution of tests, analysis of test results)
- Responsible to work with application development teams and coordinate across other application stakeholders such as Scrum Master or Business Analyst.
- Lead the scrum team for day-to-day executions, including application development and delivery, production support or new product experiments
- A good coach in Agile practices and can mentor individuals on processes and tools, ensures the team to adhere and use Agile, Jira Confluence and Scrum practices;
- Create process to reduce product time-to-market by embracing automation in the delivery lifecycle.
- Supports the organizational transformation, mentor, and coach other Scrum Masters, share practices and tools that are successful.
- Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master (Scale Agile, Scrum, SAFe, etc);
- 3+ years' experience in large-scale Project Management.
- Proven ability to understand business needs, across business functions with a front-to-back perspective.
- Familiar with prevailing both Waterfall & Agile tools, and practices (Jira/ Confluence).
- Able to work with multiple teams in a Scrum Master role and is focused on the successful processes and outcomes related to those teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.

- Proactive, self-starter, autonomous, good analytical skills, and good team spirit.
