My client is a leader in the industry and they are currently looking for a Senior C&B Manager for their team of 6. This is a newly upgraded headcount for the upcoming business’s transformation.
They are looking for a seasoned HR professional to take up the role to lead the C&B team and look after both C&B function as well as C&B projects including annual exercises and benefits enhancement initiative. The ideal candidate should also act as a gate keeper for the firm to provide professional C&B advisory services to business leaders when necessary. As this is a team leader role, previous experience in managing a small team would be ideal.

Job Description:
- Act as the bridge between departments and HR, closely liaise with department heads to provide professional advice to them, including but not limited to Headcount planning, compensation structure, staff issues etc.
- Lead the C&B and ensure their daily operation runs smoothly, including but not limited to act as a final approver of their monthly payroll, oversees the benefits administration and ensure everything is aligned with the HK Labour Ordinance
- Participate with annual HR projects such as annual salary benchmarking, title and grading alignment, incentive scheme reviews etc.
- Take part in new HR initiatives, such as Benefits Enhancement, Employee Wellbeing projects, Flexible working, Diversity and Inclusion etc.
- Participate in other HR projects if necessary
- University degree in HR Management or a related field
- At least 13 years of C&B Operations experience preferably in the commercial industry
- Organised, patient and equipped with good communication skills
- Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidate with short notice is preferred
