Our insurance clients are recruiting Senior Manager, Brokerage Business Development, to support their business growth in the brokerage channel. Applicants from other channel with similar channel development experience are welcome to apply. Less experience applicants will be advised as Manager or Assistant Manager or recommended for suitable openings.

- To cultivate the business from domestic brokers and IFA to increase sales revenue and meet business targets
- Actively visit broker partners to promote insurance solutions, Life and Saving plan focus.
- To conduct roadshow and deliver training and advise market updates
- To assist on the policy submission and underwriting process.
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- Must have passed IIQE Paper 1 & 3 or relevant qualifications
- Preferably 10 years of experience in the insurance sector from brokerage or bank channel background.
- Outgoing, service oriented
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, with Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficient in computer skills, including Chinese word processing
