Job Description:
- Manage the finance operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insightful analysis to support business decision-making
- Lead the HR payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial and HR regulations
- Develop and implement financial and HR policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement in finance and HR processes
- Participate in ad hoc tasks when necessary
- Bachelor Degree majored in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or other related discipline
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or similar qualification
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and HR roles, preferably within the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience in managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Immediately available is highly desired
