Job Description:
- Act as a strategic advisor and provide consultative support to various corporate functions including but not limited to manpower planning, performance review, retention and succession planning, etc
- Work closely with different department heads to understand their hiring needs and suggest the right hiring strategy for them
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to job posting, screening and selection to onboarding, etc
- Identify the right sourcing channel to attract more potential applicants
- Manage the process of obtaining working visas for foreign employees
- Take part in the company’s annual projects such as budgeting and manpower planning
- Participate in any ad hoc tasks or projects when required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- At least 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience and proven experience as a managerial level leader
- In-depth knowledge of talent management strategies and practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management
