About the Company:
My client is a leading professional service provider in Hong Kong. With the growth of business, they are now seeking for a talented and experienced professional to join their team as a Talent Acquisition Manager.
An ideal candidate should be someone who has solid knowledge and experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Candidates who had worked in the commercial industry would be an advantage.

Job Description:
  • Act as a strategic advisor and provide consultative support to various corporate functions including but not limited to manpower planning, performance review, retention and succession planning, etc
  • Work closely with different department heads to understand their hiring needs and suggest the right hiring strategy for them
  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to job posting, screening and selection to onboarding, etc
  • Identify the right sourcing channel to attract more potential applicants
  • Manage the process of obtaining working visas for foreign employees
  • Take part in the company’s annual projects such as budgeting and manpower planning
  • Participate in any ad hoc tasks or projects when required
Skills & Experiences required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • At least 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience and proven experience as a managerial level leader
  • In-depth knowledge of talent management strategies and practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management
