Job Description:
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to job posting, resume screening, candidate selection, and onboarding, etc
- Support Talent Acquisition Manager and coordinate with hiring departments to identify their hiring needs
- Facilitate the hiring process, including preparing job offers, negotiating terms and conditions of employment, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hirings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
- Participate in any ad hoc tasks or projects when required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a sizable organization
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques and selection methods
- Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, Cantonese
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
