Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and scope
  • Manage project resources, including staff, contractors, and vendors
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time
  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
  • Coordinate with the project team and IT team when leading up the system enhancement project
  • Regular meeting with the senior management and prepare reports where necessary
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in life claim and 10 years of project experience in management, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Experience managing projects related to claims systems
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing project resources
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • PMP certification is a plus
