- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate project activities and ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and scope
- Manage project resources, including staff, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
- Coordinate with the project team and IT team when leading up the system enhancement project
- Regular meeting with the senior management and prepare reports where necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- At least 6 years of experience in life claim and 10 years of project experience in management, preferably in the insurance industry
- Experience managing projects related to claims systems
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing project resources
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- PMP certification is a plus
