About The role

  • Manage the technical aspects of multiple projects related to the insurance industry.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical requirements, while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budget, and resource allocation to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
  • Define, track, and report on project metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical delivery meets customer requirements and design specifications.
  • Manage technical risks and issues and establish contingency plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients.
Skills And Experience Required
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or engineering.
  • At least 5 years of technical project management experience in the insurance industry.
  • Knowledge with hands-on experience in development using programming languages such as Java, .Net, C#, etc.
  • Experience managing software development projects using traditional and Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with insurance applications, processes, and regulations
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture is a plus.
