- Manage the technical aspects of multiple projects related to the insurance industry.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical requirements, while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budget, and resource allocation to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Define, track, and report on project metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical delivery meets customer requirements and design specifications.
- Manage technical risks and issues and establish contingency plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- At least 5 years of technical project management experience in the insurance industry.
- Knowledge with hands-on experience in development using programming languages such as Java, .Net, C#, etc.
- Experience managing software development projects using traditional and Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with insurance applications, processes, and regulations
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture is a plus.
