Our client is a domestic insurance brokerage company in Hong Kong. They are hiring an account manager to support their senior leader in account servicing and also to support the business growth in the organization.
Native Japanese / Japanese speakers are highly preferred. Insurance knowledge is preferred but not necessary. This opportunity is open to applicants from various industry backgrounds.

- Fluent in Japanese is necessary;
- Fluent English and Cantonese or Mandarin highly preferred.
- Corporate account servicing experience
- Customer service or working in a Japanese culture working environment.
- Great personality
- As a corporate account manager, to support senior manager for account servicing.
- Client groups including (with a majority of) Japanese corporate, MNC, and domestic corporate.
- To provide insurance quotations and also handles customer’s inquiries and complaints
- Degree holder in business-related disciplines
- At least 5 years of corporate account handling experience
- Can obtain IIQE license during the job period.
- Capable in account servicing and supporting business development in the future is preferred.
- Native or Fluent in Japanese is highly preferred.
- Strong in English, and Cantonese also preferred.
