Our client is a well-established insurance broking firm in Hong Kong, specializing in Employee Benefits and General Insurance solutions. They welcome candidates with 2 to 8 years of experience (or some GI knowledge) who show a humble attitude and eagerness to learn, with full training provided in a supportive environment on Hong Kong Island.

Job Responsibilities

Support client retention and renewals by assisting in strategy implementation for Employee Benefits and General Insurance portfolios.
Contribute to business development through client outreach and opportunity identification in the HK market.
Assist in delivering broking and advisory services, helping customize solutions under senior guidance.
Build relationships with clients, insurers, and brokers by shadowing leaders and supporting team efforts.
Help draft presentation decks and collaborate on innovative offerings to aid renewals and growth.
Undertake additional supportive duties, including occasional client visits (travel preferred).

Qualifications and Requirements

2-8 years of experience in Employee Benefits, General Insurance, or related field; some GI knowledge is sufficient as full training will be provided.
Positive attitude, humble willingness to learn, and motivated to shadow leaders and grow professionally.
Basic track record in client support or sales is a plus; no need for prior driving new business or deep market expertise.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Cantonese; basic Japanese is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing); Bachelor's degree preferred.
Willingness to obtain IIQE (Papers 1,2,3 & 4) or equivalent; team player capable of independent tasks.
