My client, a rapidly growing global crypto exchange, is seeking a Head of Financial Assets to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of asset management — from discovery and onboarding to trading operations and liquidity performance. This is a pivotal leadership role at the crossroads of traditional finance and digital asset innovation, shaping how the platform selects, lists, and manages financial products globally.
The Opportunity You’ll play a key role in building a best-in-class asset framework that upholds quality, transparency, and market competitiveness. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and a sharp understanding of trading dynamics across multiple asset classes.
Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for an experienced finance or trading professional with a solid foundation in asset operations, market structure, and liquidity management. You may come from a background in traditional finance, brokerages, CFD, or digital trading platforms. You combine strategic insight with strong analytical and execution capabilities, and have proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
Experience in Web3 or crypto markets and English fluency for international collaboration are advantageous.
