This leading European Private Bank is looking for talent focusing on Business Continuity Planning in associate director level due to great success in their business last year. Great worklife balance and great remuneration package will be provided.

job scope.
As the AD, Business Continuity Planning for a leading European Private Bank, your key responsibility will be to:
  • Manage implementation of end-to-end business continuity programme for the Group
  • Conduct risk assessment, business impact analysis, business continuity planning and crisis management planning
  • Validate plans via coordination and execution of business continuity-related tests and exercises
  • Strengthen BCM awareness at all levels by delivering training and awareness workshops
  • Align Group-wide BCM practices, enhance BCM readiness of overseas subsidiaries and overseas branches
  • Analyse business impact for identifying relevant critical functions and recovery time objective; identify any gaps on time recovery for required technology elements and interdependencies on intra-business functions
  • Identify enhancements on business continuity, pandemic/ crisis management to assure the preparedness and effectiveness to deal with potential changes in social, environmental and pandemic situation etc.
  • Liaise and design regular crisis simulation exercise and business continuity test for all relevant business functions and ensure the BC Plans are successfully tested; complete the remediation of any shortfalls; document and report on results
  • Develop and implement global & local physical security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures, emergency and incident responses
  • Conduct regular internal control assessments on physical security and assure appropriate documentation on control requirements
  • Attend ad hoc projects as directed by management

  • University degree or equivalent education, with minimum 5 years of relevant Business Continuity experience, preferably in financial industry
  • Sophisticated with Business Continuity Management and knowledge of physical security systems preferred
  • General knowledge of auditing, compliance processes and risk management
  • Structured and team oriented '
  • Attention to detail with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to communicate confidently at all levels
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare clear, concise reports with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lead initiatives, take ownership and manage implementation
  • Proficient in PC applications
