Job description

My client is a global supply chain and ecommerce solutions company who is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join their young and dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our key clients, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong understanding of global supply chain and ecommerce solutions. The Account Manager will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to develop new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure the delivery of outstanding service to our clients.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, working as their main point of contact
  • Identify business opportunities and revenue growth potential within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery of our solutions
  • Negotiate contract renewals and expansions
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze sales and performance data to create and execute strategic plans for growth
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product offerings
  • Provide guidance and strategic support to clients on supply chain and ecommerce solutions
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar field
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management for Ecommerce, 3PL or other related field
  • Strong understanding of global supply chain and ecommerce solutions
  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining successful business relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Candidates with previous experience in supply chain, ecommerce or logistics industry has an added advantage
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, Korean speaking has an added advantage 
  • Candidates with less experience would still be considered as Assistant Account Manager
