My client is a MNC and they are currently looking for a Assistant HR Manager for their HR Project team of 4.
With the new expansion plan, they have set up a new headcount to look after the upcoming HR projects. They are looking for a HR professional to take up the role to drive the projects, this role will be a HK centric role, however will also closely work with regional counterparts. The ideal candidate should have solid C&B experience before, have dealt with business leaders closely and have great communication skills will be a big plus.

Job Description:
- Work closely with the project team and senior management in planning and managing HR projects regionally from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Monitor and track project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Support the implementation and integration of new HRIS systems across the organization, ensuring smooth transition and user adoption
- Analyse and review existing HR processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist in conducting change management activities and training programs for HR process improvements and system implementations.
- Participate in other HR projects if necessary
- University degree in HR Management or a related field
- At least 5 years of C&B HR experience preferably in sizeable organisation, regional exposure will be a plus
- In-depth knowledge in different analytical tools and good communication skills
- Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidate with short notice is preferred
