Job description

Our client is a reputable international group. They are hiring a key member in their global brand team for thought leadership and strategic thinking of brand positioning.
 
You will be joining as a key member of the Global brands team to provide thought leadership and strategic thinking for brand positioning, architecture, and the development of brand experience and brand governance. 
You will be performing as a strong brand leader to deliver brand promise across all consumer touchpoints, shape brand perception, gain mind share and drive brand desire.
 
Candidates with solid relevant brand project experience gained from an international group business, a consultancy firm, luxury service group, the entertainment business sector or the hospitality sector with regional office or headquarter office experience are welcome to apply.  

Job summary and highlight:  



  • To lead Brand Strategy projects to develop global brand strategy and brand proposition, to craft strategic messaging that will determine the direction and implementation of all marketing activity across the company. 
  • To participate as a key member to set brand direction and oversee brand content while staying true to the brand.  
  • To define the brand proposition, architecture, positioning, as well as brand identifying and naming.  
  • To act as the owner of brand governance to ensure the brand is presented across different business initiatives and in the customer experience. 
  • To set a vision and master blueprint for a brand management system 
  • To implement portfolio management for brands and products of the group business. 
 
Requirement and Expectation 
  • Proven track record in a relevant field with 10 -15 years of brand strategic planning experience in building & crafting consumer-centric & purposeful brands & products. (Experience gained from the hospitality industry, consulting firm, and the world-class business group will be a plus.)
  • An excellent analytical, critical thinker with strong business sense and an expert-level understanding of branding and strategic planning;
  • Able to understand business objectives and develop brand programs that support the business goals with the ambition to drive the organization to move forward with a brand-led mindset.
  • Proven experience building brand strategy and positioning from the ground up and champion the brand proposition across the group business.
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating brand vision to impactful brand communications, activation, and brand experiences.
  • Strong project management skills - solid skill and experience rallying partners and external agencies to do work that not only delivers but pushes to go beyond expectations.
  • Calibre with experience gained from the regional office or headquarter office has adding advantages.
