Responsibilities
- To work closely with brokers business partners, international partners to develop and identify business opportunities in achieving business targets.
- To promote on business campaign, to review channel activities and strategies to improve the sales performance among channels.
- To provide training support, products advisory and product updates to partnes
- To support the case closing and facilitate the sales logistics with internal team (e.g underwriting, policy admin team, etc)
- Degree holder in business-related disciplines
- At least 8 years of experience in insurance selling working environment with solid broker network are welcome to apply.
- Solid experience gained in life, saving and High net worth insurance have added advantagers.
- Solid insurance knowledge in driving new business is highly preferred.
- Sales oriented, eager to achieve more in result.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, Cantonese.
