As a Business Analyst - Finance & Investment, you’ll be at the intersection of finance, technology, and strategic transformation. You’ll collaborate across departments to elevate investment data management and reporting capabilities, leveraging cutting-edge tools and methodologies to support a future-ready insurance enterprise.

As a Business Analyst - Finance & Investment, you’ll be at the intersection of finance, technology, and strategic transformation. You’ll collaborate across departments to elevate investment data management and reporting capabilities, leveraging cutting-edge tools and methodologies to support a future-ready insurance enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and refine investment data and reporting requirements
- Drive system enhancements by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Actuarial teams to streamline data workflows and build dynamic Power BI dashboards
- Perform data reconciliation and analysis to ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms
- Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance-related systems and upgrades
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications
- Support end-to-end project delivery, including post-implementation reviews to maximize system performance
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Analyst within insurance, financial services, or large-scale corporates
- Exposure to investment asset management or investment reporting projects is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of finance systems, data architecture, and UAT frameworks
- Familiarity with investment platforms such as Bloomberg, Clearwater, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data reconciliation and financial analysis
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analytics platforms is an advantage
