Job Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and engage potential partners, clients, and projects in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space to drive new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and threats within the Web3 ecosystem.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including startups, investors, and thought leaders.
- Manage a pipeline of potential deals, overseeing the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.
- Develop pitch decks, presentations, and proposals to effectively showcase the company’s crypto and blockchain offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnered projects.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and provide insights for market intelligence.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA) is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of business development or sales experience, ideally in the crypto or blockchain sectors.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit to identify and seize emerging opportunities.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex investment concepts clearly.
- Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing; Mandarin is a plus.
- A collaborative team player with a startup mindset and respect for deadlines.
