Our client, a globally recognized sourcing solution company with a strong global presence, is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving project proposals, implementing strategies for project realization, and overseeing the delivery and operations of all technology systems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational goals.
- Develop project proposals, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
- Drive the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements, and progress reports.
- Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing technology systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and design solutions that align with business needs.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather user requirements and refine system designs.
- Create functional and technical specifications, wireframes, and process flow diagrams to guide system development.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions.
- Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry.
- In-depth understanding of technology systems and their integration with business processes.
- Strong experience in project management process.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Preferably with systems integration experience
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles, requirement study, design walk-through and release control process
- Familiarity in Agile Development, particularly Scrum or Kanban
