Our client is seeking a Senior Specialist in Case Management to provide expert case support for Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. This role requires extensive experience in handling jumbo-size insurance cases, ensuring smooth execution and coordination with senior consultants and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

UHNW Case Coordination: Manage and oversee complex, high-value insurance cases, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless execution.
Dedicated Consultant Support: Provide case-handling assistance to senior consultants and leadership, ensuring efficient operational workflow.
Policy & Underwriting Coordination: Support policy structuring, underwriting processes, and claims management for jumbo-size cases.
Regulatory Compliance & Process Optimization: Maintain adherence to industry regulations and best practices in UHNW insurance case management.

Who We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in UHNW insurance, specializing in large-scale case management.
Highly detail-oriented with expertise in jumbo-size insurance solutions.
Background in private banking, international brokerage, or UHNW financial services preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese, with strong communication and coordination skills.
