Job description

Responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation for our digital products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and software engineers, to gather, analyze, and document user needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business objectives, user pain points, and market opportunities for digital products and services
  • Gather and analyze comprehensive user requirements, including functional, non-functional, and technical specifications
  • Document and maintain detailed user stories, use cases, and requirements artifacts to guide the design and development of digital solutions
  • Work with UX designers to translate user requirements into intuitive and user-centric digital experiences
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and validation sessions with cross-functional teams, advocating for user needs and ensuring alignment between business and technology
  • Develop and maintain process flows, data models, and technical specifications to support the implementation of digital products and services
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure continuous product improvement and delivery
  • Continuously monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical information into business-focused insights and recommendations
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the digital product management domain
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
  • 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in a digital product or software development environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in gathering, analysing, and documenting user requirements using various techniques (e.g., user interviews, workshops, prototyping)
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with user experience design principles and their application in the development of digital products.
  • Experience in working with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle and exposure to software engineering practices is a plus.
