Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
- Delivering the end-to-end business analysis lifecycle for the finance system upgrade/replacement.
- Act as the key liaison between Finance users, Technology teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that boost operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for technology solution.
- Drive business requirement gathering, gap analysis, process reengineering, and documentation.
- Ensure project deliverables meet compliance, data integrity, and reporting standards specific to the insurance industry.
- Oversee UAT planning and execution, ensuring successful go-live and user adoption.
- Support change management and communication plans within the Finance and related business units.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related discipline; 5+ years of experience in business analysis in digital delivery, project management, SDLC in insurance.
- Strong track record delivering finance-related systems within the insurance or financial services sector is a must.
- Solid understanding of finance operations, regulatory reporting, and system workflows in an insurance context.
- Proven experience managing stakeholders across Finance, IT, and vendors.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills; Fluent in English and Chinese.
