This leading Chinese Private Equity Firm is looking for Investor Relations talent in Executive Director level focusing on Primary Market sector and fundraising due to great success in their business last year. You will be reporting to the co-founder directly, acting as the right-hand-man, with great exposure and great remuneration package provided.

As the Executive Director, Investor Relations in a Leading Chinese Private Equity Firm, your key responsibility will be to:
- Manage a team for ongoing management and fundraising of the Funds
- Compose and evaluate fund marketing materials for potential investors
- Act as a key point of contact for investors and professionally present the key developments and ongoing reporting to LPs/Advisory Boards
- Engage in investor meetings regarding to capital raising activities
- Drive the due diligence process by constructing quality responses to investor questionnaires and ad hoc requests
- Initiate corporate strategy functions of the firm, enact the views of the investor community and global LP trends to the management team in the development of the corporate strategy
- Oversee the Funds' key operating functions, including finance/accounting and relevant compliance
requirements.
- Bachelor/ Master Degree holder or above with major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or other related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Placement Agent, Private Equity, Strategy Consulting, with at least 3 years of experience in fundraising capital for companies and private funds;
- Effectively bilingual (Mandarin Chinese and English) with impeccable English reading and writing skills;
- Relationship builder with excellent communication and presentation skills, with willingness to travel globally;
- Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to solve problems and work independently with minimal supervision;
- Result-oriented and ability to multi-task while succeeding in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment to meet aggressive deadlines;
- Clear passion for private equity and Chinese economic development in a global context
- Integrity, professionalism and outstanding work ethic.
