About the Company:

My client is currently seeking an outstanding professional to join their team as the Fiat Partnership Leader. This role will primarily focus on driving the growth of fiat-related merchant partnerships, encompassing both on-ramp and off-ramp activities.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a robust background in peer-to-peer (P2P) and customer-to-customer (C2C) transactions, coupled with proven leadership experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the cooperation team to establish and nurture fiat partnerships, actively pursuing potential partnerships in each target market.
Devise and implement incentive mechanisms, execute engaging activities, and explore innovative strategies to ensure robust transaction volume and optimize the overall user experience.
Serve as a vital link between users, merchants, and the product team, providing insightful feedback on product opinions and identifying areas for continuous improvement and optimization.
Address and resolve merchant inquiries or concerns promptly and efficiently, including coordinating the processing of abnormal orders and offering timely assistance.
Organize, compile, and maintain comprehensive operational documents, FAQs, and other essential resources for easy reference and accessibility.
Monitor, analyze, and track key business data indicators, taking ownership of data-driven insights to refine work processes and drive continual growth.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with relevant work experience, particularly in the financial industry, will be given preference. Proficiency in English for effective communication and documentation is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, coupled with a proactive and responsible work approach.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for data interpretation, coupled with a genuine eagerness to learn and adapt to dynamic industry trends.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a MUST
