- Manage all aspects of operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and logistics.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the country.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the local team, provide guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, laws, and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports to the global management team on country performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in the country's business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry or country.
- Proven track record of successfully managing business operations and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives and driving growth.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage time and resources.
- Good command of both Chinese and English.
