Key Responsibilities Global Brand Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute a cohesive global brand vision, positioning, and go-to-market blueprint, tightly aligned with the company’s strategic and business objectives.
- Build and amplify a unified global brand image, voice, and narrative that enhances trust, awareness, and loyalty among global crypto communities and institutional audiences.
- Leverage market insights and emerging trends to shape innovative brand storytelling and cross-market campaigns.
- Lead and empower global marketing teams across Brand, Growth, Performance, Advertising, SEO, and Community marketing.
- Inspire, mentor, and build a high-performing international marketing organization grounded in strategic excellence and creativity.
- Act as a thought leader and coach, driving innovation and nurturing the next generation of marketing leaders within the Web3 ecosystem.
- Plan and execute integrated global marketing initiatives that connect brand building with measurable growth outcomes.
- Manage the annual global marketing budget, guiding data-driven investment and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Oversee end-to-end performance tracking, ensuring marketing strategies are agile, measurable, and impactful.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Business, and Regional Operations teams to align global brand strategies with product innovation and market expansion goals.
- Serve as the company’s internal brand guardian and external spokesperson for brand, vision, and community engagement.
- Contribute market intelligence and user insights to shape executive-level decision-making.
- 10–15+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, including global CMO, VP Marketing, or similar executive-level roles.
- Proven track record of building and scaling global brands in high-growth tech, fintech, or digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of crypto, blockchain, or Web3 ecosystems — with insight into user adoption psychology, compliance nuance, and community culture.
- Deep expertise in integrated brand management, growth marketing, and data-driven strategy.
- Demonstrated success managing large cross-functional global teams.
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
