We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Data & AI to drive the enterprise data strategy, lead AI innovation, and build a high‑performing data organisation. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping how data, analytics, and machine learning power business growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a high-performing data engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, technical expertise, whilst driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data scientists and software engineers to create AI powered solutions, that deliver measurable business value across all elements of the Insurance value chain.
Develop a multi‑year roadmap for data platforms, AI capabilities, and advanced analytics.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML across underwriting, pricing, claims, distribution, and customer engagement.
