This leading European Private Bank is looking for seasoned Investment talent in Structured Products advisory & execution to lead their team. You will be leading a team of 5 with great exposure and great remuneration package provided.

As the Head of Structured Products in a Leading European Private Bank, your key responsibility will be to:
- Develop and implement the overall strategy for structured investments and derivatives, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead the team in designing and structuring complex investment products and derivative solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
- Manage and optimize the performance of existing structured investment portfolios and derivative positions.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, analysis, and due diligence to identify new investment opportunities and assess potential risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including risk management, legal, compliance, and finance, to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
- Assure all compliance obligations, general guidelines, policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements are closely followed
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of skilled professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes related to structured investments and derivatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to identify business opportunities and enhance the company's reputation.
requirements.
- Degree holder or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in Private Banking
- Strong Private Banking knowledge
- Strong marketing sense with good client relationship/ inter-personal skills
- Good presentation skills, good negotiation skills- ability to articulate and communicate effectively
- Fluent in spoken and written English
