My client is a US Fintech start-up and they are currently looking for a HR Manager to join their team.
With the business direction to grow in Asia, they are looking for an all-round HR professional to take up the role and set up both HR operations and different high-level HR strategies, this role will be a HK focused role at the beginning and then grow into a regional role. Since this is a start-up company, candidates are expected to get their hands dirty to build the whole mechanism from scratch.

Job Description:
- Set up and oversee the HR operation including but not limited to recruitment, C&B and employee relationship & culture
- Identify the right calibre for the company across SEA region, provide professional advisory services and manpower planning to the department heads
- Establish HR long term strategy for company, including but not limited to HR Policies, retention plan, talent development plan and to drive the long term company culture
- Lead the performance management process and follow up with development plans for employees
- Participate in other HR projects if necessary
- University degree in HR Management or a related field
- At least 10 years of HR experience preferably in Start-ups / Financial Institutions / Tech companies
- Candidates who are passionate and driven are desired
- In-depth knowledge in different analytical tools and good communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
- Candidates who have studied aboard are desirable
