Ideal candidates come from bank backgrounds like retail/commercial Relationship Managers or technology solutions profiles.
Responsibilities

Actively engage clients to sell life insurance solutions and build long-lasting relationships.
Achieve sales targets through proactive customer outreach and high activity levels.
Mentor and grow a future team, developing junior consultants for expansion.
Identify cross-selling opportunities in banking-style client portfolios.
Drive business momentum with consistent results and performance metrics.
Collaborate on innovative tech-driven insurance initiatives if from tech background.

Requirements

Banking experience preferred, e.g., Relationship Manager in retail or commercial banking.
Alternatively, a background in technology solutions with client-facing roles.
Proven sales track record in financial services; leadership potential essential.
High energy for customer engagement; fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g., IIQE) or willingness to obtain.
Strong interpersonal skills for team building and high performance.
