This emerging division of a leading company focusing on its SaaS healthcare systems is looking for a Lead System Analyst to spearhead the design & development of Microservices, Digital Process Automation, API platform that will interact with front-end systems, core policy systems and third-party applications

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for working with Business leaders & Technical architects to develop, lead and deliver on connected digital solutions
- Oversee system design and product roadmap to align with business vision and strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to gather and analyze system requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Acts as a source of lead engineer; serves as a role model for others in displaying functional & technical capability and continually acquiring new skills.
- Implement machine learning algorithms into services and pipelines to be consumed at web-scale
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for system-related issues.
- Develops methods or approaches for analysing complex processes, situations or issues and discerning patterns within the business context.
- Evaluate and recommend new IT products and technologies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in process automation
- Experience of RPA project and digital transformation experience
- Expereince in enterprise-level applications including multiple systems, sub-systems, or ERP applications
- Exposure to Data Analytics, Cognitive / AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Experience with software development lifecycle, as well as Agile project management methodology
- Familiar with different UI/frontend solutions and experience of microservice & OpenAPI development
- Experience in developing AI and machine learning applications
- Experience with UiPath, Blue Prism or IBM Watson
- Understanding of data structures, data modeling (big data, AI, ML, loT, deep learning)and software architecture
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, persevering and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies
- Back end web-services: Python, R, JavaScript, VBA, VbScript, Java
- Machine Learning: Tensorflow, Keras
- Client Technologies: NLP, Computer Vision, Model Management
- Big Data technologies: Kafka, Apache Spark, Hadoop
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good communication skills, able to work with various user departments, technical teams and vendors.
