Our client is an international insurance group in Hong Kong seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager to support business growth in the brokerage channel. Candidates from bank or broker platforms with relevant channel development experience are welcome; less experienced applicants will be considered for Assistant Manager or other suitable openings.

- Cultivate business with domestic brokers and IFAs to drive sales revenue and achieve business targets.
- Actively visit broker partners to promote life and savings insurance solutions.
- Organize roadshows, deliver product and sales training, and share market updates with distribution partners.
- Assist in policy submission, follow-up, and coordination of the underwriting process.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Passed IIQE Paper 1 & 3 (or equivalent relevant qualifications).
- Preferably at least 5 years’ experience in the insurance sector with brokerage or bank channel exposure.
- Outgoing, service-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Chinese word processing.
