Job description

My client is a well-known international conglomerate that offers a wide range of high-end product and services to customers worldwide. They strive to improve the customer experience while continually pushing the boundaries of innovation and creativity in everything they do.
As their Loyalty Marketing Assistant Vice President, you would be responsible for overseeing the company's loyalty marketing initiatives with a focus on customer retention and engagement.

  • Strategic planning on loyalty marketing strategies: You will work with cross-functional teams to plan loyalty programs that drive customer engagement and retention. This includes creating loyalty program criteria, reward structures, and promotions through eDM, SMS, and other marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and loyalty
  • CRM system maintenance: You will oversee the development and upkeep of the CRM database system and direct marketing channels to ensure that the system is optimized for data hygiene, analytics, segmentation, customer insight, and campaign implementation.
  • Analyzing customer data: You will analyze customer data to understand their behavior, preferences, and purchase patterns. This analysis is critical to help you create customer segmentation and identify target groups for marketing campaigns.
  • Managing customer engagement: You will oversee customer engagement activities, such as customer satisfaction surveys, customer referral programs, and social media interactions.
  • Managing budgets: You will be responsible for managing loyalty marketing budgets, aligning them with company revenue targets and measuring ROI.
  • Managing vendors and stakeholders: You will manage relationships with loyalty program vendors, internal stakeholders, and external partners such as agencies and vendors.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry developments: You will keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in loyalty marketing to ensure the company stays competitive.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in loyalty marketing, crm, partnership or other relevant functions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in CRM tools such as Salesforce, SAP, and excel
  • Candidate with luxury, membership, hospitality, ecommerce has an added advantage
  • Experience in developing and managing a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
