My client is leading insurance company who is looking for a talent with Product/ Pricing exposure. You will support on Product propositions for company growth and business strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the insurance product development projects and participate in the product implementation;
- Supporting in product proposition, market research and competitiveness analysis;
- Assist in setting up the pricing models and ensuring accuracy and quality;
- Responsible for preparing policy drafts, product literatures, user requirement and perform UAT for system development;
- Collaborate with different business units and external business partners to achieve the business objectives;
- Preparing regular business reports and business analysis;
- Conduct training to frontline sales, intermediaries and underwriters to enhance their product knowledge;
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.
Skills & Experiences required
- Degree holder, with 4 years of Product Pricing experenice within Insurance
- Actuarial background would be an advantage
- Highly organized, delivery-orientated with the ability to work with multiple concurrent projects
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence others
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
