Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the successful delivery of IT solutions, services, or products across multiple projects or programs.
- Lead and manage delivery teams in various agile ecosystems, ranging from small teams in start-ups to large distributed agile teams in corporations.
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Define project objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, task dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address issues and risks, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates, and present reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, promote effective communication, and resolve conflicts.
- Evaluate project outcomes, conduct post-project reviews, and identify areas for improvement.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or management.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail and prioritize delivering high-quality output.
- Demonstrate intuitive and perceptive communication skills.
- Apply agile techniques such as user stories, continuous integration, ATDD, TDD, continuous testing, pairing, automated testing, and agile games.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Project Management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
