As a Marketing Communication Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the marketing communications strategy of the company.

Responsibility:
- Developing marketing communication campaigns: You will work with the marketing team, creative agencies, and other stakeholders to develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, events, and email marketing.
- Content creation: You will write and act as a gatekeeper for content for various communication channels, such as social media platforms, blog posts, e-newsletters, and press releases.
- Managing social media channels: You will manage and grow the company's social media channels and create content, including graphics, images and copywriting that can drive engagement, social traffic and promote the brand message.
- Brand management: You will ensure communication and marketing consistency for the brand in all communication channels while developing guidelines for staff to follow for the efficient distribution of the brand message.
- Event planning and support: Collaborate with various stakeholders to execute high-impact events that support the company’s branding and marketing initiatives, organize and manage the budget, timeline, and logistics of events.
- Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of communications: You will track and analyze campaign performance data, monitoring results to optimize future communication strategies and report findings to the senior management team.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, translation or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, journalism, content editing, or other relevant functions
- Candidate with luxury, membership, hospitality, ecommerce has an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong copywriting skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and CMS system
- The ability to work well under pressure and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Manager
