Job Summary:

My client is a well-established financial institution in Hong Kong, who is looking for an experienced Client Servicing AVP to join their team and cope with their business expansion.

As a Client Servicing AVP, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining good relationships with our clients and offer thorough knowledge for clients. The candidate should have strong funds/MPF product knowledge with good presentation and language skills, and at least 8 years of experience in the pension fund/retirement scheme industry.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with company’s corporate clients, ensuring they receive excellent customer service and support.
  • Provide clients with in-depth information about company’s pension products and services and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Work closely with our sales team to promote our products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, managing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Conduct presentations and pitching to clients as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure our products and services remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the pension fund/retirement scheme industry, with strong relevant product knowledge.
  • Excellent presentation and language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in both English and Chinese.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
