This unique opportunity is with one of the fastest growing foreign private banks in the market. To company their rapid growth on the front office side, they are now looking for a Project and Business Management Director to drive positive changes on their selling platform and processes. This is a new headcount in the team!
Job Details:
In this role you would be responsible in driving and promoting changes for both front and back office with a focus on processes, risk governance and sales platform. You would be communicating with internal stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure the transition is smooth and provide consultative advices for different parties.
Experience required:
The preferred candidate would need to be fluent in Cantonese and English as the role requires a lot of communication with internal stakeholders. You would also need to possess at least 5 years of private banking Business or Change Management experience. Candidates having worked with consultancy firms would be highly preferred.
