My client is a fast-growing logistics and supply chain solutions provider, seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead their commercial team and drive revenue growth across air/ocean freight, warehousing, cross-border e-commerce, and contract logistics.

Key Responsibility:
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive revenue targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for key markets
  • Manage key client relationships (enterprise shippers, e-commerce platforms, manufacturers)
  • Identify new business opportunities in emerging logistics verticals (cold chain, last-mile, digital freight platforms)
  • Collaborate with Operations & Pricing teams to ensure competitive and profitable service offerings
  • Analyze market trends (e.g., tariff shifts, trade lane demand) to adjust sales tactics
Requirements
  • 10+ years in logistics/freight forwarding sales, with 3+ years leading a team
  • Proven track record of hitting annual revenue targets
  • Deep network within logistic industry
  • Strong understanding of freight pricing, RFQ processes, and contract logistics
  • Languages: Fluent English; Mandarin/Cantonese a huge plus
  • Leadership style: Hands-on, data-driven, and adept at mentoring junior sellers
Salary & Benefits
  • Base Salary: HKD 70,000 – HKD 85,000/month (based on experience)
  • Double Pay + Commission + Bonus
