- Lead sales strategies and drive revenue growth for the securities trading platform.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in securities and related financial products.
- Spearhead initiatives in digital asset trading, including platform development and market expansion.
- Build and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
- Foster key client relationships and negotiate high-value deals.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to innovate and launch new trading solutions.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or business development within securities trading platforms or related financial services firms.
- Proven track record of driving significant sales growth and revenue in competitive markets.
- Strong knowledge of securities trading and emerging digital asset markets.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing sales teams.
- Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese; English proficiency is a plus.
- Degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline; relevant certifications (e.g., SFC licenses) preferred.
