About the Company:
My client is a rapidly expanding global fintech giant, this hire will play a central role in strengthening the reporting and control environment to ensure the business is positioned for any future liquidity milestones.

As the firm prepares for its next phase of growth, including enhanced reporting standards and readiness for potential capital or liquidity events, we are seeking a Senior Finance Manager with proven experience in IFRS, US GAAP, and SEC-level reporting, capable of combining technical mastery with commercial insight.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive global consolidations across subsidiaries, JVs, and associates, ensuring financials stand up to U.S. and international reporting requirements
  • Champion reporting excellence: establish accounting policies and technical positions aligned with IFRS, US GAAP, and SEC requirements
  • Act as the bridge between auditors, regulators, and leadership, ensuring high‑quality disclosure and transparent financial governance
  • Play a key role in the company’s capital markets journey - from process design and internal controls to supporting IPO and listing‑level compliance requirements
  • Partner with cross‑functional leaders on finance transformation initiatives, including systems, controls, and analytics capabilities
  • Take on special projects such as M&A integration, valuation reviews, or implementation of new reporting standards when necessary

Skills and experience required:
  • At least 6 years’ experience in external audit along with minimum 3 years in-house group finance or consolidation roles within complex multinational structures.
  • Proven expertise in IFRS and US GAAP, with hands-on exposure to SEC reporting standards 
  • Track record in supporting capital markets activities including different kinds of liquidity events
  • A professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) is required
  • Strong communicator in both English and Chinese
  • Ideally, exposure to fintech or other fast‑moving sectors, or at least the curiosity and resilience to adapt quickly
  • Candidate with short notice is preferred
